  • Templatized contract creation – developed a full template management feature, including validation rules for contracts, reducing vendor and staff review time while improving data quality at the point of entry
  • Efficient vendor expense report submissions – enabled online submission fo expense reports, including built-in validations and multi-level approval workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • DocuSign integration for e-signatures – streamlined contract execution by enabling the department staff to create, validate, and send contracts for signature digitally
  • Integration with Snowflake and MuleSoft APIs – provided seamless access to historical contract and expense data from legacy systems
