Labor
Propoint is proud to partner with labor departments nationwide, delivering Salesforce-based solutions that modernize wage claim adjudication, unemployment insurance, and paid family leave systems. Our work enhances operational efficiency, data transparency, and service delivery for agencies and the communities they serve nationwide with transformative Salesforce-based solutions that modernize operations, improve service delivery, and empower workforce programs.
Projects include:
- California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) – Delivered the Online Wage Claim (OWC) system for the Labor Commissioner’s Office, enabling digital intake, case management, and adjudication of over 32,000 annual wage claims using Salesforce. This is further expanded upon in our Wage Claim Demo Video series.
- DIR Wage Claim Adjudication (WCA) Business Process Improvement – Conducted a comprehensive survey and analysis of Salesforce workflows and training needs across intake, hearing, and settlement stages.
- Delaware Department of Labor (DOL) – Partnered with Infosys to implement the LaborForce solution, integrating data across Wage & Hour, Workers’ Comp, and Discrimination units into a unified reporting and analytics platform powered by Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake.
- Delaware Paid Family Leave & Unemployment Insurance Modernization – Supporting the DOL’s Strategic Enterprise Modernization (SEM) initiative through shared services architecture and integrated systems development.
Government
